I had a fantastic experience with the store manager Chaddi while purchasing a pressure washing machine. Their knowledge and guidance were invaluable, ensuring I found the perfect product for my needs. Their customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you need to shop for tools with expert advice, this is the place for you! With plentiful stock and a comprehensive range for all jobs, you just can't go wrong. The team is always happy to help and steer you to where you need to go and what's best for you. They go above and beyond in the service of trade and professional individuals. They are all extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable staff and aren't afraid to bust out a joke or two and have a laugh. I especially would like to thank Chad for his outstanding service and diligence at helping me find a tool set up that not only met but exceeded my needs and expectations. @TotalToolsAustralia, this is one of your best stores. I went into Total Tools today and was welcomed with the most amazing attitude from Chad and another employee. After buying a heavy object he carried it to the car without any hesitation. What amazing service!

Bought a Bahco trolley jack that seems to be out of stock everywhere else. Chad was incredibly helpful on the phone, physically checking that it was in stock. Lots of sales people ready and willing to help when I walked into the store. Great, friendly service.

Chad & Davide were great to deal with , from the moment I stepped foot in the shop I was greeted and Informed with all the helpful information I was asking for. They helped me load my items into my ute so full respect to them both definitely makes you want to come back.
